Service Description
A private virtual Bridal Party DIY Glam self-application experience for the bride and up to three guests. Learn a coordinated, wedding-ready look with step-by-step instruction, guidance for individual features, product recommendations, and a customized Bridal Glam Shopping & Supply List. A separate 30-minute bride-only consultation is included before the class. The group Zoom class lasts 4.5 hours, and one booking reserves the entire group. CONSULTATION FIRST: Begin by scheduling a consultation so we can discuss your bridal party, desired glam direction, wedding details, preferred date, and class experience before the private booking is finalized.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. For free consultations, no fee or refund applies; please cancel or reschedule promptly. HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your confirmation email, or email cycthemua@gmail.com with your name, service, and booking date. Email requests are measured by the time received. Deadlines are based on your confirmed session start time, not the date you booked. LATE ARRIVALS Private sessions end at the original scheduled time; late arrival does not extend the session or qualify for a partial refund. Group classes begin on time, and missed instruction is not repeated individually. PRIVATE GROUPS & BRIDAL EXPERIENCES The cancellation deadline applies to the entire group booking. One guest’s absence does not cancel the group reservation or qualify for a partial refund. Guest substitutions may be arranged before class by contacting us. Changes to group size or scope must be agreed upon before the session. HOST CANCELLATIONS & TECHNICAL ISSUES If Cyc the MUA cancels, you may choose a full refund or a replacement date. If a host-side technical issue prevents delivery, we will offer a replacement session or a refund for the undelivered portion. Please test Zoom, your device, and internet beforehand. Student-side technical problems do not automatically qualify for a refund; contact us promptly so we can assist and discuss available options. REFUNDS Eligible refunds are initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when funds appear. Refunds are processed separately from cancelling a booking.
