Designed for business owners who already have a functioning website but need help making it feel more polished, cohesive, modern, and easier for customers to navigate. Includes a visual website review and design assessment, homepage refresh, typography and brand-color consistency, section layout and spacing improvements, button and call-to-action improvements, image placement and sizing adjustments, service-card styling and organization, navigation/menu cleanup, mobile layout optimization, contact and booking-link review, a basic link/functionality check, up to 3 existing pages refreshed, and 1 revision round. Best for existing websites that feel outdated, inconsistent, cluttered, too DIY, or no longer represent the quality of the business. Does not include a complete redesign, new website build, advanced coding, e-commerce setup, extensive copywriting, or creation of multiple new pages. Cancellation Policy
WEBSITE & DIGITAL DESIGN PROJECTS CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Website & Digital Design services are project-based and may include planning, research, design, revisions, platform setup, and work completed outside scheduled meetings. Once a project is approved and work begins, canceling or rescheduling a meeting does not cancel the project. If a client cancels after work begins, payments for completed work and approved non-refundable expenses are non-refundable. Pausing or rescheduling an active project may affect the completion date and the project may resume at the next available opening. LATE ARRIVALS, MISSED MEETINGS & CLIENT DELAYS Late arrival does not automatically extend consultations, strategy calls, review meetings, or project check-ins. Missed meetings may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Delays in providing content, images, branding materials, account access, approvals, feedback, or requested information may extend the project timeline. Client-caused delays may make the original completion or launch date unavailable. PROJECT SCOPE & ADDITIONAL WORK Pricing covers only the pages, features, integrations, revisions, and deliverables included in the selected service or approved scope. Additional pages, functionality, integrations, extensive copywriting, e-commerce features, redesigns, or other out-of-scope work may require an additional fee and revised timeline. Additional work will be discussed before it is added. REVISIONS Revisions refine the approved design and do not constitute a complete redesign or change in project direction. Each service includes only the revisions stated in its service description or project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes after design approval may require an additional fee. THIRD-PARTY COSTS Unless specifically included, third-party expenses such as domains, website subscriptions, premium apps, plugins, stock images, paid fonts, email services, booking platforms, e-commerce tools, or other external services are the client’s responsibility. PROJECT COMPLETION & FINAL PAYMENT Clients are responsible for reviewing the project and providing requested approvals within the agreed timeframe. Final launch, transfer, publication, or delivery may be withheld until any outstanding project balance is paid.
